The Private Branch of the College of Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss a master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Ali Mahmoud Hamid) entitled (the permanence of the legal text: a comparative study).
The subject of the research is of great importance in attracting investment and developing the movement of trade, whether commercial or foreign. Through the permanence of the legal text, the investor can inquire into the legal and economic conditions of the country.
